Toplivo AD is a private joint stock company specialised in trade with gas propane-butane, fuels, heating materials and construction materials. The main customer is the population with about 80% of the overall sales.

The company was founded in 1947. Its business at that early stage was sales of heating and construction materials and construction materials mainly to the households. Later on the company developed a new segment of activity - supply of LPG cylinders.

In 1997 Toplivo AD was privatized. Now 97.16% of the company are in private hands. The main shareholder is Synergon Holding AD - an institutional investor.
