  - screws’ length up to 3500 mm, diameter up to 180 mm.
  - single or double screw cylinders’ length up to 3500 mm, outer diameter up to 400 mm, inner diameter up to 160 mm.
• Galvanic coatings - decorative anticorrosive box chromatizing of parts, dimensions up to 1200x800x800mm.
• Deep gas nitriding (azotizing) up to 0.7 mm depth and HRC 70-72 of the parts with diameter up to 600 mm, length up to 3500 mm and weight up to 3000 kg.
• Cylindrical grinding - outer diameter up to 250 mm and length up to 3500 mm, inner diameter up to 250 mm and length up to 600 mm, weight up to 3000 kg.
• Flat surface grinding of parts up to 300 mm high, up to 680 mm wide and up to 1500 mm long.
